Responsibility
- Design and implement nutritionally balanced meal plans tailored to students’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Conduct nutritional assessments and calculate daily intake requirements for individuals or groups.
- Develop and deliver educational workshops on nutrition, healthy eating, and food safety for students, staff, and parents.
- Train and supervise kitchen and cafeteria staff on proper food handling, hygiene, and preparation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with local and national food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards).
- Monitor and evaluate food service operations to maintain high-quality standards and address any deficiencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address special dietary needs (e.g., allergies, medical conditions).
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits, accreditations, and stakeholder reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or certification as a Nutritionist/Dietitian in Indonesia (e.g., Ahli Gizi).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical, school, or community nutrition settings.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, HACCP, and QC standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences (students, parents, staff).
- Proficiency in nutritional analysis software (e.g., NutriSurvey, Cronometer) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
