Responsibility
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for healthcare voice agents, focusing on compliance, patient care, and service excellence.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training content to meet organizational and individual development needs.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to enhance agent performance and confidence.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to agents, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of healthcare regulations, trends, and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
- Prepare and maintain training documentation, including manuals, guides, and digital resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, healthcare, or customer service, with a focus on voice-based roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, patient care protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a BPO or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as LMS platforms and virtual training environments.
- Certification in training or healthcare (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, healthcare compliance) is a plus.
