Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail settings, providing personalized recommendations for health supplements based on their needs.
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and usage to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of product lines, promotions, and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to create an inviting and informative in-store experience.
- Track sales performance and customer feedback, reporting insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and product launches to stay updated on new offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (health/wellness industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others improve their lifestyle choices.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and a positive, approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on store requirements.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
