Responsibility
- Provide expert, personalized advice on health, wellness, and beauty products to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Watsons’ product range, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on proper usage and benefits.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute marketing campaigns and in-store events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (health/wellness industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for health, wellness, and beauty products with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and retail operations.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
