Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).
- Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard analyses, and workplace inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety and environmental risks.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.
- Collaborate with government agencies, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
- Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels to promote awareness and best practices.
- Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans, including fire safety, first aid, and crisis management.
- Monitor and report on HSE KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste management, energy conservation, and pollution control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (e.g., PP No. 50/2012, Permenaker No. 5/2018) and international standards.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HSE software, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to draft reports and conduct training in both languages.
