Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors to promote a safety-first culture.
- Monitor environmental impact and ensure adherence to sustainability practices, including waste management and pollution control.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including permits, certifications, and inspection records.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance with all HSE requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the construction, EPC, or oil & gas industries.
- Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (e.g., K3, PP No. 50/2012) and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in HSE management systems, incident reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and other regions as required.
