Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee employee health programs, including medical check-ups, vaccinations, and wellness workshops.
- Manage and maintain confidential health records in compliance with local and international data protection regulations.
- Develop and implement workplace safety protocols to minimize health risks and ensure a secure working environment.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments to facilitate seamless health services for employees.
- Organize and promote wellness initiatives such as fitness challenges, mental health awareness campaigns, and nutritional counseling.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee health inquiries, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupational health to continuously enhance program offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health program coordination, occupational health, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as data privacy laws.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and external partners.
- Proficiency in using health management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR or occupational health is a plus.
- Passion for promoting wellness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
