Responsibility
- Proactively engage with potential clients through outreach, consultations, and presentations to promote Medicare Plus health insurance plans.
- Educate clients on policy benefits, coverage options, and exclusions to help them make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to streamline policy issuance and resolve client inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide accurate, compliant advice.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management for strategic planning.
- Represent Medicare Plus at local events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong understanding of health insurance products, underwriting processes, and client needs assessment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the first 3 months of employment.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
