Responsibility
- Lead and manage the AEC division, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability within the AEC sector.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present reports on division performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams, projects, and client relationships.
- Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software relevant to the AEC industry.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
