Responsibility
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on health, beauty, and wellness products to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about new products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a health-related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about health and wellness products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
