Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Yamaha dealership, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising of Yamaha motorcycles and accessories.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
