Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of workshops and field service depots, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and workshop staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement and maintain technical standards, procedures, and best practices across all workshops.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Monitor workshop performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support field operations and customer service initiatives.
- Develop and manage workshop budgets, controlling costs while maintaining high service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in workshop management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, automotive repair, or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with workshop management software and inventory control systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
