Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive workforce planning strategy aligned with dnataâs operational and financial goals in Bali.
- Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning to ensure optimal staffing levels across all airport service functions.
- Design and implement workforce optimization models, leveraging data analytics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to align workforce plans with budgetary constraints and service-level agreements.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess workforce productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive technology adoption (e.g., WFM software, AI tools) to automate and enhance workforce management processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, union agreements, and company policies in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or strategic HR management, preferably in aviation, logistics, or large-scale operations.
- Proven track record in data-driven workforce optimization and labor cost management.
- Strong proficiency in WFM tools (e.g., Kronos, Workday, SAP) and advanced Excel/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Certifications in HR analytics, Six Sigma, or Lean Management are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
