Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
