Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of Adira’s core financial systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, architects, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential to drive innovation within Adira’s IT ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in system development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Development, IT Manager, or similar).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, mission-critical financial systems or enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, or Node.js, and familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of financial services or fintech industry is a strong plus, along with familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., OJK, BI).
