Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity measures.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems, data, and applications through robust governance and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs, propose solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor IT performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving IT projects to success.
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), cybersecurity, and network administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance, with a focus on data security and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in IT service management (ITSM) tools, project management software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to analyze complex IT challenges, develop strategic solutions, and execute plans with precision.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
