Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution, to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, demand forecasting, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align supply chain initiatives with business goals and market demands.
- Implement advanced analytics and technology solutions to enhance visibility, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain networks in a global or regional context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly desirable.
- Experience in the manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce sectors is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other regional languages is a bonus.
