Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily spa operations, including scheduling, client flow, and facility maintenance.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of beauty therapists and beauticians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Deliver advanced and specialized beauty treatments (e.g., facials, body treatments, massages, waxing) to clients with precision and care.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience, ensure satisfaction, and build lasting relationships.
- Manage spa inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maintain profitability.
- Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics, preparing reports and recommending improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing initiatives and promote new services or products.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Spa Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the beauty and spa industry, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior beautician role.
- Proven expertise in a wide range of beauty treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a track record of building client loyalty.
- Ability to manage operations, financial aspects, and staff effectively.
- Proficiency in using spa management software and relevant IT tools.
- Residing in or willing to commute to the East Region (Bedok) of Singapore.
