Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair split, ducted, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and performance evaluations to ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC units, including compressors, condensers, and thermostats.
- Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce breakdowns.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to design custom cooling solutions for new constructions or renovations.
- Educate clients on energy-saving practices and proper system usage to maximize performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and local regulations for HVAC installations and repairs.
- Document service reports, warranties, and inventory of parts used for transparency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Technical certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field (e.g., EPA 608, NATE, or local equivalents).
- Proven experience (for Junior/Senior roles) in air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring, refrigerant handling, and system diagnostics.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment (up to 25 kg) and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali’s key regions (company vehicle provided).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
