Responsibility
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning systems, including split, window, and central units.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify electrical, mechanical, or refrigerant issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards (e.g., EPA, local regulations) during all service calls.
- Provide preventative maintenance to extend system lifespan and improve energy efficiency for clients.
- Maintain accurate service records and report job status, parts used, and recommendations to management.
- Educate clients on proper AC usage, troubleshooting tips, and energy-saving practices.
- Collaborate with the team to schedule service calls and prioritize urgent requests in high-demand areas.
- Operate and maintain the company vehicle and tools, ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and stocked.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an HVAC/Aircon Technician, with hands-on expertise in split systems, inverter ACs, and VRF units.
- Certification in refrigeration handling (e.g., EPA 608 or equivalent) and knowledge of Indonesian HVAC regulations.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics and using multimeters.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and adapt to varying job site conditions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment (up to 25kg), work in confined spaces, and climb ladders/scaffolding.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred) and willingness to travel across assigned Bali regions.
- Basic digital literacy for service software, mobile apps, or inventory management tools.
