Responsibility
- Lead and manage all pool and restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service standards, training programs, and operational procedures to maintain excellence.
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize inventory, cost control, and budget management for F&B operations.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure prompt, professional service recovery.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Foster a positive, motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality, preferably in F&B or luxury resorts.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in cost control, budgeting, and financial management for F&B operations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Certification in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
