Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned villas, ensuring all guest needs are met with the highest standards of service.
- Manage and train villa staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams.
- Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any villa repairs or upgrades.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure all villa amenities are fully stocked.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events or guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of villa operations, guest feedback, and staff performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Proven ability to handle guest relations and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of villa or hotel operations, including housekeeping and maintenance.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
