Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of villas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure a spotless and inviting environment.
- Prepare guest rooms prior to check-in, ensuring all amenities are stocked, linens are fresh, and the space meets our luxury standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services, such as extra towels, toiletries, or room adjustments, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Inspect villas regularly for any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, malfunctioning appliances) and report them to the management team for resolution.
- Launder and iron guest linens, towels, and uniforms as required, adhering to hygiene and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management for housekeeping supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and requesting replenishments when necessary.
- Collaborate with other staff members, including maintenance and guest services, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding guest information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, villa attendant roles, or similar positions within the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required by the business needs.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus; fluency in Indonesian is required.
