Responsibility
- Provide attentive and professional table service to restaurant guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take and deliver orders accurately, while maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport food supplies, ingredients, and equipment between our central kitchen and restaurant branches.
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of delivered goods before unloading at designated locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, service stations, and delivery vehicles.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and traffic regulations during service and transportation.
- Assist with inventory management and report any discrepancies or supply shortages to the kitchen team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality (waiter, server, or similar roles) or delivery/logistics.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical stamina to lift/move supplies (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of Bali’s roads and traffic patterns (familiarity with target areas is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is advantageous.
