Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for the foodservice and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) industry? DPO Indonesia is seeking an experienced Head of Sales (APAC Foodservice - HORECA) to lead our high-performing sales team and drive exponential business growth across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Bali’s thriving hospitality sector.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding our market presence, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients in the HORECA space. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, this is your chance to lead a team that shapes the future of foodservice in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations.

As part of our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. This role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and the opportunity to work in one of Asia’s most dynamic markets. Join us and be at the forefront of transforming the foodservice landscape in Bali and beyond.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering services, to drive long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with strategic partners, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable business relationships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Represent DPO Indonesia at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
