Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to maintain high performance standards and deliver exceptional service.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key high-net-worth clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales approach and maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing and operations to ensure brand consistency and service excellence.
- Provide detailed sales forecasting and performance reports to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and exceeding multi-million ringgit revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a command of English and/or local business languages.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in the luxury goods or high-end retail industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professional composure.
