Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets in modern trade channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee promotional campaigns, trade marketing initiatives, and in-store activations.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing and supply chain objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within modern trade.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing distributor networks and key accounts.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential.
