Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing project management team to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to align with CBRE’s business goals in the region.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation and growth.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and CBRE’s policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects in manufacturing, logistics, or real estate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Lean).
- Experience working in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia, is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
