Responsibility
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production plans with market demand and business objectives.
- Implement and maintain ERP or inventory management systems to enhance operational visibility and control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, MRP/ERP systems, and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with production planning software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
