Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement policies and procedures to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee supply chain logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while minimizing disruptions.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through data-driven analysis, market trends, and supplier benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical procurement standards, including sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Legal) to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, economic, and operational challenges.
- Implement digital procurement tools (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing platforms) to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or energy sectors).
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management (SRM).
- Strong knowledge of procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa) and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices in procurement.
