Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Implement and maintain procurement software and tools to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior procurement role, with a track record of successful strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
