As the Head of People Operations, you will be responsible for scaling our organizational health, fostering leadership excellence, and driving accountability across the board. You will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, transforming people operations from an administrative function into a powerful engine for business growth. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic HR roadmaps that support the company's long-term business objectives and growth.
- Champion the company's GUIDE values, integrating them into all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent who align with our culture and performance standards.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs to mentor high-potential employees and build a pipeline of future managers.
- Implement robust performance management frameworks that promote accountability, transparent feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll operations, ensuring market competitiveness and full regulatory compliance in Malaysia.
- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance workplace environment through strategic employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Analyze key people metrics and HR data to provide actionable insights for organizational planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in driving high-performance cultures and change management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level and drive organizational change.
- Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing HR systems that scale with business growth.
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) is highly regarded.
