Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and manage delivery and transportation logistics, coordinating cross-border shipments and ensuring timely, cost-effective solutions.
- Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance, safety, and operational consistency.
- Drive process improvements and innovation in logistics operations to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customs authorities, and clients, to ensure smooth cross-border coordination.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for enhancement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in all logistics activities, mitigating risks and maintaining operational integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing warehouse, transportation, and cross-border logistics in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of SOP development, compliance, and regulatory requirements in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools to optimize operations and decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to implement innovative solutions to operational challenges.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) is an advantage.
