Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive AppDev adoption across diverse APAC markets.
- Serve as a strategic consultant to C-level stakeholders, aligning Google’s technological capabilities with their business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of growth managers and customer success professionals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify high-potential expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to provide feedback that shapes the roadmap for regional needs.
- Manage executive relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and exceptional client retention.
- Drive operational excellence in sales processes, reporting, and regional performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic growth roles within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of the APAC market landscape and local business cultures.
- Proven track record of managing high-value relationships with C-suite executives at global organizations.
- Strong background in application development, cloud infrastructure, or digital platform growth strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of scaling teams and fostering high-performance cultures.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize complex insights into actionable strategic plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
