Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of instrumentation and installation projects for Solar PV and renewable energy systems.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and implement best practices, protocols, and safety measures for instrumentation and installation processes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in renewable energy instrumentation to drive innovation within the team.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, documentation, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in instrumentation and installation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale renewable energy projects, particularly in Solar PV systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation tools, control systems, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, ISO).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools relevant to instrumentation and project management.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and other regions as needed.
