Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for fast-paced industries.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair evaluations, career growth opportunities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance with Indonesian labor laws, workplace safety, and employment standards.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (HR Manager/Head) in motorcycle, retail, or fast-paced industries.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and adapt to changing business needs.
