Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational success.
- Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates for key roles.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Design and execute performance management systems to enhance productivity and accountability.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing talent.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all HR operations.
- Drive training and development initiatives to upskill employees and foster career growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing or Retail.
- Proven track record in strategic HR management, talent development, and organizational transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in change management and driving cultural initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics to inform decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
