Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all general affairs functions, including facility management, office administration, and vendor relations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of GA staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless support for business operations, including logistics, HR, and finance.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and procurement processes to optimize resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Drive initiatives to improve workplace environment, sustainability practices, and employee well-being.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to general affairs and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs, facility management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing administrative functions, vendor relations, and facility operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in budget management, procurement, and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of local regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or facility management software is a plus.
