Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage tax planning, audits, and regulatory filings to ensure full compliance with Indonesian and Philippine financial regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial goals with business objectives and expansion plans.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Supervise payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury functions with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive digital transformation by implementing modern financial systems and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax laws, and financial compliance in Indonesia and the Philippines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
