Responsibility
- Financial Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and long-term financial health.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations (Indonesian GAAP) and international standards.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to drive operational excellence and professional growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior management, operations, and external stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Streamline financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Strategic Initiatives: Drive cost-saving initiatives, revenue optimization, and capital allocation strategies to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Finance Manager, Head of Finance, or CFO).
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics, port operations, maritime, or a related industry is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
