Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax departments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including timely filings and audits.
- Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
