Responsibility
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Optimize cash flow management and financial risk assessment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
