Responsibility
- Ecosystem Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive ecosystem strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on partner acquisition, retention, and value creation.
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-value partners (startups, enterprises, investors, and influencers) to expand our network.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant community of stakeholders through events, workshops, and digital platforms.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through ecosystem-led initiatives, including co-selling, referrals, and joint go-to-market programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and mutual success.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs (e.g., partner satisfaction, engagement rates, and revenue impact) to measure ecosystem health.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to keep our ecosystem ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate ecosystem insights into business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital industries.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Networking Expertise: Strong track record of building and managing high-impact partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in KPI tracking and performance optimization.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for partners and communities.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Southeast Asia’s startup and digital ecosystem, with Bali-specific insights a plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a bias for action and innovation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
