Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights for targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting landing pages, ads, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and marketing automation platforms.
- Implement A/B testing and performance optimization to refine messaging, creatives, and audience targeting.
- Build and nurture customer acquisition funnels through automation, retargeting, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns in paid ads, SEO, or social media.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and marketing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for crafting compelling copy.
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and marketing automation.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Bonus: Knowledge of B2B or e-commerce marketing, UX/UI principles, or basic HTML/CSS.
