Responsibility

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom solutions) to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales, and IT) to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI) and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content (UGC) to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings for e-commerce products.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in the IT, tech, or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva).
  • Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design (basic), and video editing (a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs to drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
