Responsibility
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality written and visual content for websites, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, SEO, and product) to ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice.
- Optimize content for SEO and engagement, using data-driven insights to refine performance.
- Manage content calendars and workflows to meet deadlines and campaign milestones.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify content opportunities and innovations.
- Conduct audience research to tailor content for diverse demographics and markets.
- Measure and report on content KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversions, social shares) to demonstrate ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media management.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse content samples (blogs, social media, videos, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to track performance.
