Note: This internship is based in Bali, with flexibility to work from various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with PSA Corporation’s brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community around PSA Corporation’s brand.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools to keep PSA Corporation at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting virtual or in-person brand events, webinars, or campaigns to drive audience participation.
  • Support the branding team in maintaining and updating digital assets, including website content, social media profiles, and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing, with a keen eye for trends and creativity.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and ability to interpret data.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior experience with content creation, social media management, or internships in marketing/branding is a plus.
