Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for multiple luxury hotel properties.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and content creators to enhance brand storytelling.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive bookings and brand awareness.
- Stay updated on digital trends and platform algorithms to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Respond to guest inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
