Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage internal and external communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics using analytical tools.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as budget tracking and vendor coordination.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media management, and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
