Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive credit policies and procedures to support business growth while mitigating risks.
- Lead the credit risk assessment framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to define credit strategies that balance risk and profitability.
- Oversee the evaluation and approval of credit applications, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Monitor and analyze credit portfolios to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing credit policies that drive business growth and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks governing credit and financial services in Indonesia.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in credit risk modeling tools and financial software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
